Unknown Point

An installation of sonic and visual works by Anthony Kelly and David Stalling.

The Unknown Point installations were on view in two locations at IT Carlow (Library building; side entrance to Slaney building) and at Carlow Town Park (footbridge) from 6th May to 21st June 2009.

The project also featured as part of the Eigse Carlow Arts Festival 2009

The exhibition was officially launched by Cllr. Denis Foley, Cathaoirleach, with a short introduction by composer Grainne Mulvey, in the Library of IT Carlow at 7.00pm, followed by a reception on Wednesday 6th May 2009.

There was a live performance by Anthony Kelly and David Stalling, and a conversation about their work with Seán McCrum, on Saturday 16th May, 2.30pm at Visualise - The National Centre for Contemporary Art, Carlow

The Unknown Point project was part of Visualise Carlow, a series of temporary public art projects devised as an advance programme to Visual - The Centre for Contemporary Art, Carlow.
